Timeline

1:30 PM Volunteer & Vendor check-in — Lot #3

2:00–3:00 PM Vendor setup only (no entry before 2 PM)

3:00 PM Doors open to public

8:00 PM Sales end & begin break-down

9:00 PM Venue clear

Arrival & Setup

Enter via the Back Gate into Parking Lot #3. Unload, then leave your vehicle parked in Lot #3 all day—no moving after setup. Volunteers will check you in at 1:30 PM.

Vendor Spaces

Indoor Marketplace: We provide a 6-ft table with black fitted cloth. No canopies inside.

Outdoor Marketplace: Bring your own 6-ft table, cloth, 10×10 canopy with weights (mandatory), décor.

Food Court: Bring 10×10 canopy with weights, tables, cooking gear, fire-safety equipment, Temporary Food Facility permit, food-handlers license. Food booths are right by the volunteer-lounge hand-washing station.

Lobby Sweets & Treats: Bring table, cloth, temperature-control supplies (coolers, ice packs), décor.

Registration & Fees

Secure your spot early for best placement. Fees do not cover disposal of oils/greases.

Refunds: Cancel ≥ 21 days before → 50 % refund; cancel 21 days → no refund.

Rules & Restrictions

All music is provided by the venue—no PA or amplified sound inside or out. Keep products and signage family-friendly; no hate, discrimination, explicit, or drug/alcohol content. Stay within your 10×10 space. Organizer’s decision on approval is final; non-compliant vendors will be removed and refunded.

Venue & Performance Stage

The venue will be brightly lit all day—house lights will stay on and open windows will let in plenty of natural sunlight, so every vendor booth remains well illuminated. Attendees will circulate through the art gallery, vendor marketplace, and other programming, while performance artists take the main stage throughout the event.

Vendors follow the Yellow arrrow and enter through the exit, into the back parking lot to unload.
