Oceanside Unified School District (OUSD) requires vendor paperwork on file to be approved to vend. If your paperwork is missing or incorrect, your vendor space may be forfeited.
Submit your documents ASAP so they can be uploaded to OUSD for approval.
Deadline to submit Certificate of Insurance (COI) and Health Permits (Food Vendors): Monday, February 2, 2026.
Do not wait until the last minute — processing can take time, and late paperwork may miss the deadline.
There are two vendor groups:
Food vendors must submit: (1) County Temporary Food Permit + (2) COI
Non-food vendors must submit: (1) COI
COI must list Oceanside Unified School District as Certificate Holder and Additional Insured.
*Must include the Additional Insured endorsement page (not only “shown on certificate”).
